South Main Street Condo

This open plan one bedroom Condo was designed as a starter home for a young couple in a Modern Minimalist theme. A walnut veneer bed with 6 deep drawers offered plenty of storage with Con Edison bedside lamps providing a vintage touch.

A mobile kitchen island with white leather counter chairs offered flexibility of added space for socializing. The living space featured several hand crafted elements that included a teak stump stool, hand knotted wool rug and hand painted fabrics for pillows featuring Canadian artists sponsored by EQ3.
