Coal Harbour Condo

One bedroom condominium designed for a client desiring a mid-century modern theme. It was going to be used for a second home part of the year and leased out the remainder of the year.  The small living space was adapted to be multi-functional, incorporating a dream sleeper to address the key requirement of accommodating additional guests.

A slim hand-crafted storage coffee table was paired with small mid-century style lounge chairs to meet the space constraints without intrusion into the dining space. A slightly more contemporary concept for dining featuring a concrete top table, plush grey upholstered chairs and soft glow pendants. Area rugs give each space its own distinct character in the open living plan.
